OPI Funky Dunkey, two coats in daylight. Funky Dunkey is a medium -grape- purple creme. This was just two coats, which applied easily. 
I think I did do alright for a first time of watermarbling! The colors play nicely together, it's balanced. I should practice on aiming in the cup though lol! 
See? I could just peel of the tape while I was done. Colette has a great tutorial on the taping as well, so check that out if you don't want to clean up your whole finger afterwards ;) I've heard that oiling with cuticle oil will work too to make your cleanup easier, but since this was my first time, I haven't tried that.
Orly Snowcone, three coats in daylight. Snowcone is a lovely shade of pastel-ish blue. It's a soothing color, it makes me calm, just as Cashmere Cardigan does. 
Two coats of H&M Love At First Sight, a white creme, stamped with China Glaze Joy, Harmony, Cherish and Adore with Konad imageplate M21. The Romantiques are awesome for stamping and their contrast with the white base is great. I stamped the splatters randomly on my nails, trying to do a variety in colors on my nails. 
The Romantiques are really colorful and the combination of these with Love At First Sight makes me stare at my hands all the time. I feel a bit silly about this haha. 
Some colors are way darker irl, but again, that's due to the background..
Left Misa Dirty Sexy Money, right Catrice I Sea You! The colors are a little too dark, but you can see that they're pretty much identical. Dirty Sexy Money is a tad bit more blue, but I don't think you could tell these apart when I wore them together as a mani. 
Left Color Club Electronica, right Nfu Oh 117. Both are deep purples with red and blue shimmer particles, but Electronica is a bit darker so I'd say these are no dupes of eachother. They are siblings though, so if you own one of these two, you probably won't need the other.
Left OPI Dating A Royal and Essie Mesmerize on the right. I would call both of them medium blues, but they are no dupes. I've read somewhere that these are deadon dupes, but they're obviously not. Dating A Royal is more intense, colorwise, than Mesmerize. The latter is a bit brighter. No, these are not dupes. If you're not really into blues, you probably won't need both though. 
This one is not as faded and light as my picture let's it appear, but I couldn't get a proper shot. I will try again later this week and add a better picture when I managed to take a more accurate picture.. Anyway, left is Orly Prince Charming and right is Essie Mink Muffs. Both are taup-ey cremes, but Mink Muffs is more pigmented and is warmer than Prince Charming. Mink Muffs and Prince Charming are not dupes of eachother.
Left RBL No More War, right Pieces It's a Camouflage. They are both in the army green category, but that's all they have alike. No More War is way darker and greener than It's a Camouflage so no dupes here either.
Pieces It's Camouflage, three coats in indirect sunlight. I tried to capture the colors as accurate as possile, so there's some variety in the poses lol. It's Camouflage is a dusty, putty green creme. The name says it all; it's a perfect camouflage color. Application was watery with the first coat. I thought I wouldn't be able to make it opaque in a couple of coats, but I had no visible nail line in three coats. Drying time is good and the polish is shiny like hell! No topcoat needed.
Pieces Cookie Dough, one coat in indirect daylight. Yes, this is a onecoater!! Yay!! Pigmentation in this one is awesome. Cookie Dough is a dark taupe, or dusty brown creme. These kind of colors look very classy to me and it's almost impossible for me to not like these shades. Application is good. The polish shines a little less than It's Camouflage, so you could apply topcoat for extra shine. Drying time was great.
Pieces Lavender Haze, three coats in daylight. Lavender Haze is, as the name states, a lavender colored creme. It's very light and almost pink in some lights, but mostly it's a true lavender. I really like this color. Somehow it makes my hands look really tanned (= big plus). The structure was a bit watery at first, but like It's Camouflage, all evened out and Lavender Haze was opaque in three coats. Since this is a pastel, it tends to be a little streaky so be careful when you apply this one.
American Apparel Mount Royal, two coats in daylight. Mount Royal is a dusty denim blue creme with a hint of indigo. Opacity was great; perfectly opaque in just two coats. And it's dusty! That's probably why I like this color as much as I do.
Orly Lemonade, three coats in daylight. Lemonade is a pretty pastel yellow creme, a little more yellow irl. Pastels tend to be streaky at first and this one was no exception, but all evened out in three coats. 
Orly Lemonade, three coats in the shade. The color is more accurate in this picture since it isn't as washed out. I'm really starting to like pastel yellow polishes, they sure as hell are growing on me!

Misa Cherry Glazed, two coats with one coat of Nubar Diamont in daylight. Cherry Glazed is a rich red creme with hints of berry. It's slightly darker irl and you can't really see the hint of berry I'm talking about in my picture, but my camera wouldn't pick it up.. It's a red with an edge in my opinion and surprisingly, I love this! Application was flawless, but drying time took a little longer than I'm used to. I'm guessing that's because of the heat though, so I can't really judge this. 
Misa Cherry Glazed, two coats with one coat of Nubar Diamont in daylight on day seven. It looks almost identical to the picture that I took on day two, since I only have a few scratches on my polish. You can see that my nails have grown a bit since my gap is quite big, but other than that.. No chips, no tipwear.. And I use my laptop (and keyboard) a lot. I'm impressed! 
Left Orly Gumdrop, right Chanel Nouvelle Vague. As you can see, they are dupes! The only difference is the really subtle shimmer that Nouvelle Vague holds and Gumdrop is a teeeeenie bit more blue, but the difference is barely visible. Gumdrop is easier to get your hands on and it's a budget friendly alternative if you want Chanel Nouvelle Vague.
Left GOSH Purple Heart, Kinetics Shall We Dance? on the right. The only difference is the way the light hits these polishes. These polishes are identical. They're both evenly duochrome-y (which I couldn't really capture on the wheel) and have the same smokey dark purple, mossy green colors. These are dupes.
Secret Peri-Winkle on the left, Cashmere Cardigan on the right. Please imagine this is more periwinkle (a tad bit of purple), because the color freaked out my camera. These are not dupes. Secret Peri-Winkle is lighter and a bit dustier than Cashmere Cardigan, while Cashmere Cardigan leans more towards purple. The difference is big enough to justify you owning both ;) These are not dupes.
